Job Descriptions :
Graphic Designer:
- Visualization and Creative designing for events ( Planning to implementation phase)
- Creating conceptual event Backdrops
- Working knowledge of MS-Office, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, 3ds Max and Autodesk Maya etc
- Designing materials for Print and Media
Market Research Analyst:
- Optimize qualitative and quantitative data and creating easy to understand reports
- Working knowledge of A/B testing, Google Analytics, Market Research, Testing, Customer Insights Research, Tableau, Microsoft Excel, word etc.
- Handling all phases of market research
- Developing surveys, research proposals etc along with giving presentations on the surveys that should help in developing business strategies
- Finding new opportunities for expansion
- Identifying and developing new areas of opportunity for business development.
Marketing and sales:
- Finding new business leads through various mediums such as social networking.
- Client research prior to sales pitch.
- Building client relationships.
- Making and delivering sales presentations
- Generating leads & pitching products and services to them.
- Managing negotiations and renegotiations.
- Maintaining rewarding customer relationships for future prospects.
- Ensuring the fulfillment of sales target.
Sponsorship Coordinator:
- Find new sponsors, suitable to the program and event.
- Manage sponsorship inventory and finances.
- Develop new sponsorship programmes.
- Serve as a liaison between the company and the sponsorer.
- Oversee onsite execution of the sponsorship contracts.
